No breakage, it wasn't the greatest up front but mostly got the job done when needed. Given the cost of a new Truetrac vs a Full detroit or an ARB the Truetrac isn't the best choice out there.

I recommend the standard oil because in my experience it does better in rear end than the synthetic oils. As far as For street use, locked differentials pose a problem. Namely, with those axles locked together, turning is reduced and places strain on your equipment. So, unless you have an off-road vehicle expressly dedicated to trail-riding, a permanently locked differential is going to cause more headaches than fun. Enter air lockers and e-lockers.
